This Privacy Policy explains how iGo ReGo, Inc. (“iGo ReGo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit igorego.com, contact us, or book service with us.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you call, text, email, walk in, or book an appointment, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, mileage), and a description of the problem.

Fleet sign-up form. If you request a fleet account, we collect your company name, contact details, fleet size, vehicle types, and services needed, and send it to our team by email so we can call you.

Online booking. Appointments booked online are handled by our shop management provider, Shopmonkey. Information you enter in the booking form is collected by Shopmonkey on our behalf and is also subject to Shopmonkey’s privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

Cookies and third-party content

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our site uses:

• A cookie that remembers your choice in our cookie notice.
• Fonts loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
• Embedded Facebook videos on our About page. Facebook may set cookies and collect information when you view or play these videos, under Facebook’s own privacy policy.
• Links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and Shopmonkey. Those sites have their own privacy practices once you leave our site.

You can decline non-essential cookies in our cookie notice, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as embedded videos, may not work without them. Change your cookie choice

How we use information

• To respond to your calls, texts, and emails
• To schedule appointments and provide repair services
• To send estimates, invoices, and service reminders
• To operate, secure, and improve our website
• To comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business, including with service providers who work for us (such as our shop management, payment, and website hosting providers), with companies in the iGo family of businesses, when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you text us, we use your number to reply about your vehicle and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing service@igorego.com or calling (270) 984-1303. Some information, such as service and invoice records, may need to be kept for legal, warranty, or tax reasons.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
